Meet Antaryami ji, or bhaiya, as we so fondly call him.
He’s been a part of #TeamTummoc since 2021, and looks after admin work at the office. But, that’s just the tip of the iceberg of what he does.

Originally from Sonepur, a town in Odisha, he spent most of his childhood there, till he moved to Coimbatore for work. He spent nine years there, working for Sahara India as a ground staff.

Unfortunately, as most of us know, there was a scandal with Sahara that cost a lot of people their money and jobs. After that, Antaryami ji was faced with a lot of obstacles, but he didn’t lose hope. He reached out to his friends and connections, and made his way to Bengaluru.

He opened up a small chai/coffee shop, which sadly didn’t last very long due to the pandemic and all the lockdowns.

Since Hiranmay Mallick knew his family from back home in Odisha, he reached out and welcomed Antaryami ji to Tummoc in 2021.

And so, his journey at Tummoc began. Here, he does so much more than just admin work. He’s a big part of every team member’s experience.

When a new team member moves to Bangalore, he goes out of his way to help them find a place to stay, and shows them around the area, and above all, makes them comfortable. It can be a huge transition to move to a strange new city, and he plays a big role in helping people settle in.

He even cooks for some of the employees at Tummoc, and more than a side income, you can feel the place of love and concern it comes from. He always says that the key to good health is good homemade meals, and he absolutely loves to cook.

Outside of work, he’s not the biggest fan of movies, but fondly remembers childhood memories of playing cricket. He also is a family man, and has two young children. He hopes to see his kids, Amrita and Abhijeet making their dreams come true and getting good jobs.

To top it all off, Antaryami ji is also multilingual. He speaks five languages: Tamil, Oriya, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam. That just adds to his ability to connect with people, and touch people’s lives.

We’d like to conclude by saying that we’re all grateful for bhaiya and appreciate everything he does.
